Microsoft Releases CRM 4.0 to Manufacturing

By Wes Henry

Dec. 16, 2007

The highly anticipated new release of Microsoft CRM has been released to manufacturing. This means it should hit general availability in a few weeks.

Among the many new features and improvements in CRM 4.0, two of the most publicized are multi-lingual and multi-currency operations. However, CRM 4.0 (code-named Titan) has many other new features and improvements that make it an important upgrade for current CRM 3.0 users as well as worthy of serious consideration if you’re not using Microsoft CRM yet.

If you’d like to learn more about Microsoft CRM 4.0 or see a demonstration, contact Ignus at 888-449-9040.
